Once law enforcement has been notified and a report has been filed, OnStar Advisors^* can work with law enforcement to locate and attempt to recover your stolen vehicle more quickly and safely.

Taking the wrong route or running into traffic delays can cost your business by using more gas and losing time — and no one wants that. If a driver is lost or needs help while on the road, they can push the blue OnStar button. Then an OnStar Advisor can send directions to the vehicle or talk the driver through the new route, saving your organization time and money in the process.

Using built-in vehicle sensors, a specially trained OnStar Advisor^* can be immediately connected into your car to offer help. Even if you don’t respond, our Advisors can give First Responders your location and use Injury Severity Prediction to tell them the likelihood of serious injuries.
